Now, in my retirement years, I want to make a real difference in the lives of others before my time on this earth comes to an end — maybe a decade or so from now. The pursuit of wealth no longer holds any appeal. What matters now is the health and well-being of myself and those around me.
Freelancing looks like an uphill climb to me. It is exciting yet isolating, draining physically, mentally, and emotionally. Without the right support, even the most talented writers can find themselves struggling to gain visibility, connect with their audience, and turn their passion into a sustainable career.
We don’t want our members to feel like they’re slaves to platforms that pay pennies and treat them like replaceable assets for profit. We want them to take control — diversifying their content and efforts to achieve the best results while owning their work and their audience.
That is why we launched Substack Mastery Boost Pilot, a program designed to give creators, freelance writers, and content entrepreneurs the tools, processes, strategies, and connections to build something lasting.

When my mentor Dr. Yildiz, founder of the ILLUMINATION Publications and network on Medium and Substack, introduced this program to me last year and shared the draft with me, I teased him by saying, ‘You’re acting like Edward Ned Kelly, our Aussie hero, taking from the wealthy to give to the poor.’ We had a good laugh about his altruistic and innovative approach.
This innovative program is currently in a pilot phase, running from November 2024 to December 2025, with the goal of expanding into a global education and marketing support service with multiple extended networks by January 2026. He architected it using diversity, inclusion, and equality principles as a philanthropic entity with a business support model.
This unique and well-designed structure ensures accessibility for all writers while securing financial stability through a three-tiered membership model:
Tier 1: Free Membership (For Creators): Grants access to an expansive network of publishing opportunities, newsletters, and community resources — all at no cost. This includes 70% of our members.
Tier 2: Freelancers’ Subscription ($5/month): Provides a built-in marketing team — with priority publishing, enhanced visibility, social media promotion, and exclusive community access. This includes 25% of our members.
Tier 3: Founding Member Subscription for Entrepreneurs ($15/month): Designed for those ready to scale their content business, offering premium exposure, editorial introductions, and tailored growth strategies. This includes 5% of our members.
The key point is that this system ensures that 70% of services remain free for the largest group, while revenue from paying members fuels the expansion of free opportunities, making it sustainable, fair, and impactful in the long term. This is where innovation comes from.
