Thank you so much for the update, I thought I am the only one facing problem in login medium. But how I am getting mails of stories form my subscribers? When medium is not working.. can any one tells me?

I receive e-mails from Medium for DAILY digest and response to my posts but the links in these emails don't open in my phone, tablet, or laptop. Medium links in Google search are NOT opening in any device or browsers after clearing cache and rebooting. This is happening since 16 October. I'm NOT able to raise a ticket because that link to Medium DOESN'T open. Is there any email id to reach Medium support team? My annual membership is valid till February 2026. Feeling frustrated with Medium for not informing me by email if they have blocked my account for some reason. Any suggestions for resolving this issue? Thanks.

Interestingly, I have not been able to log into Medium for a few days now. The buttons just don’t work no matter what browser/app I try! I just began rereleasing my writing, and that sole thing brought me to Substack instead of back to Medium, haha.
